-Going to Hershey and worried that you can't get to French Lick without missing out on part of the action? We have switched around the tour days, substituting a brief drive on Monday, Day 1. So all can participate, the welcome reception will be moved to Monday night from Sunday night.
-For those who come in over the weekend, Monday's drive will be a shorter drive to allow vehicles to be "warmed up" and trouble checked prior to the longer drives the rest of the week.
-We have located a towing/rollback service who will be available to help those who have car trouble this week.
-Please SEND IN YOUR registration form NOW. There are still some copies of the first version of the form circulating. The second version says "(REV)" at the top. THE ONLY DIFFEFRENCE IS THE INFORMATION ON TO WHOM TO MAKE OUT YOUR CHECK. THE CORRECT PAYEE IS PACKARD AUTOMOBILE CLASSICS. We are unable to process checks made out to "Henry Joy Tour" as originally instructed. THANKS!
You may download the correct form:
CLICK ON THE PHOTO OF THE MOON ECLIPSE (PHOTOGRAPHED IN INDIANA) AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE. A .PDF OF THE REGISTRATION FORM WILL COME UP FROM THE PAC WEBSITE.
PRINT IT OUT, AND SEND IT IN WITH YOUR CHECK!!
-All PAC members and their guests are welcome on this tour! If you don't have a car, if your car is not going to be running, if you are coming from too far, or if you just aren't sure you're up to bringing your Packard, we still would like to see and drive with you on the Tour. Many registrants have indicated that they can accommodate passengers, and several that they would like to ride with someone. We will arrange a match of those with car space and those needing rides at the meet; we expect that all will be able to tour in a Packard and meet the many fine people who attend the Henry Joy Tour.
-If you have special dietary requirements, please indicate these on the registration form in the space provided. If we know in advance, the hotel chefs can easily accommodate your dietary preferences. Several registrants have made requests and we are working to accommodate them. If we do not hear about special requests until the Tour, this accommodation will cost extra and may cause a delay in serving you.

Hotel
The French Lick and West Baden hotels are owned by the same company, operated by Hilton. Ride trolley or antique restored rail tram between the 2 hotels, located about a mile apart. Both hotel's amenities are available to those who register at either. Some have chosen to reserve rooms in the West Baden Hotel. West Baden rooms may be available, of course at higher cost than the reserved block. Please mention our tour wherever you reserve so we can keep track of who is coming.
